Gail B. Nayowith

Gail B. Nayowith is a human service sector leader, children’s policy expert and management consultant. She founded 1digit LLC in 2015 to work with nonprofits, government and philanthropy to solve complex problems and build solutions that increase performance, impact and reach. Gail started her career in New York City government and has led three nonprofit organizations - Citizens’ Committee for Children of New York, Laurie M. Tisch Illumination Fund, and SCO Family of Services. She serves on the Boards of the Kenworthy-Swift Foundation and Cities of Service and as a member of the NYC Board of Health and Chair of the Community Services Board. In her work at 1digit, Gail consults on operations, strategy, performance improvement and risk management.
