Michael Slankard

Michael lives in a fortified mountain compound high above the Mogollon Rim. He was born and raised in the Old Pueblo of Arizona by a pack of coyotes. The copper state provides the back drop for many of his novels. His themes have been described as action, science fiction, intellectual, comedic, intellectually and morally bankrupt, and (at times) provocative.

Michael Slankard authored Two Weeks in the Mad Valley of Tucson, Steroid Mike: The Greatest of all Time: The Mid-Level Title, Marker 187-1, and MARKER 187-2, and Dark Sci-fi and Fantasy Short Stories- volume 1 and vixens edition. These series have sequels planned. The artwork in all of his books are illustrated by the author. He also edits and restore out or print books such as: Miss Jerry by Alexander Black, Buddy Jim and old Dog Sandy, Two Compton Boys.

"I appreciate anyone, who takes the time to check out my work," the author often mumbles to himself.
