With a heart dedicated to service, Makia White has spent years nurturing minds as an educator and holds a Master of Arts in Special Education. As a consultant, author, and champion for aging vibrantly, Makia founded Empowered 1 Consults LLC to build a community where inspiration meets action. Her life is a beautiful tapestry woven with LOVE, LAUGHTER, and LIVING, and she is deeply passionate about guiding women toward a life of balance, clarity, and true self-empowerment.

Makia is best known for being authentic and forthcoming about the pain of being a teenage mom, pushing through undergraduate school, despite a second rate education, and the perseverance to become the first of ten children to earn a degree.

Today, her mission has evolved into a soulful calling: helping women break through their own boundaries, believe without limits, and step boldly into their futures.
