Ruth Fox

Ruth is now 21 years old. After experience as an inpatient in acute mental health settings and a year of therapy following a diagnosis of Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder she is now a student at the University of Bedfordshire. She plays for St Ives Town Ladies Football Club and continues to act as a mental health advocate. Recently she has been involved in TV show, Ultimate Goal, airing in November 2020.
