Abby Knox has over 30 years of experience as a sports dietitian, working with athletes in Great Britain, New Zealand, and now Canada. A former national age-group swimmer and proud mother of Olympian and 2024 World Champion Finlay Knox, Abby truly understands the life and training demands of competitive swimming.
Combining her education, professional expertise, and lived experience, Abby brings a unique perspective to the nutritional needs of swimmers. She has helped countless athletes perform at their best by teaching them how to fuel effectively before, during, and after training and competition, and how to build balanced, performance-focused meals.
Abby has been a featured speaker at the International Swim Coaches Association Conference and the Alberta Swim Coaches Conference, and continues to provide sports nutrition education seminars to swim clubs across Canada and the United States.
