J.B. MCKOY writes and speaks to inspire and equip believers for a more adventurous and fruitful walk with God. To all the faithful (but service-weary, bored or unfulfilled) who have asked themselves the question, “Isn’t there more to the Christian life than this?” J.B. offers a resounding “YES!” Many have found new freedom and understanding through his practical biblical teaching in group settings over the past decade.

After graduating from an Ivy League college in three years, he’s traversed a most unconventional career path including software development and sales, interpreting from French to English in front of 3,000 in Africa, and building and selling a business focused on insects as art. When he experienced a pivotal change after applying a simple approach to renewing of the mind, he returned to school to earn a Master’s in Biblical Studies, became a licensed minister, and began helping others on their journey. He has been happily married for over thirty years, is Dad to six children, and enjoys his home near the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. His hobbies include playing guitar, calligraphy and artwork, spending time in nature, and going out to pray for people on the street. Or at his doorstep. Or over the phone.
