Thank you for wanting to know a little more about me. Your curiosity is welcome.

I've often said the following: Some folks know what they want out of life. Some will go to their graves never having figured it out.

That was me until I was forced to start writing seriously at the age of 50. Up until that point, a grocery list was my biggest writing achievement. Well, not quite but close.

I started a website called Rope and Wire around 2005. Its purpose was to promote western authors and their work. It did what it was intended to do until 2022.

It was my need to add content to the new site that forced me to start writing seriously.

I decided to close the site in 2022. It was too focused on the western genre and took too much of my time from what I really wanted to focus on which was a much broader spectrum of genre. It was a good move for me.

Over the years I've written books, blog posts, magazine articles and hundreds of short stories in many genres.
