David E. Nelson

David E Nelson Jr was born in Baltimore, Maryland in 1975, where he joined the Navy 17 years later. During the majority of his time in the Navy he had no idea how to capitalize or even use his veteran’s affairs (VA) home loan benefits until becoming an active real estate agent in 2010. Even now he knows many shipmates that he have served with on active duty and and or have retired that are still unaware of how to take advantage of from their VA home loan benefits. After became frustrated with the amount of knowledge that is not being shared with our veterans and service members on active duty he decided to write the book “Making The Most of Your Veterans Affairs Home Loan” and put out the information myself!
