I grew up in a small town in the middle of Minnesota. After I graduated high-school, I moved to South Dakota to work on a farm. The first thing I did, was drive to North Dakota to buy a German Short-haired Pointer puppy for myself. I named him Shyster. He has been through a lot. For instance, one time he ran through a barbed wire fence and it cut his side open. I didn't have any money, so, I had to take a needle and thread, and stitch him up. He is one of my best friends. He is very protective, and is an excellent judge of character. . I had many great adventures out in South Dakota. For example, I got chased through the woods by a badger. I also drove tractors out of a field after my hay-baler caught on fire and started the corn field on fire. I will never forget the sound of the skin-and-bones horse as he alerted me of the fire. I looked up and saw the heat waves flowing over the hill as the corn quickly caught fire, spreading faster than I could have ever imagined. I learned a lot of hard lessons, as well. I had many good, and bad experiences. I love life so much, though! Life changed, and now I am living back in Minnesota. I was a private investigator for a while. While investigating, I got to have lots of fun. For instance, I got to sneak up to cars and attach a GPS under them. Eventually, I would have to go get the GPS back. I love the risk of being caught! I am blessed with an amazing husband, and four beautiful children. I use bits and pieces of my past experiences to help write exciting stories for people to read! I hope you enjoy my books!
