DR BINDU MENON

Dr Bindu Menon is a practicing Psychiatrist and Psychotherapist living in Cochin,Kerala in the South of India.

She did her medical training from Mumbai and is currently working in a medical college as Associate Professor in Psychiatry.Her love affair with letters began when she was a young child thanks to active encouragement from her father who loved to read.

During the long years of medical training and practice,there was a creative lull but her passion resurfaced in a new avatar; writing about mental health.Listening to so many stories about so many lives gives her plenty of matter to writes about what makes people and relationships tick.She has also written fiction;short stories being her best loved genre of fiction.Her favorite writers include Kafka,Hemingway,Katherine Mansfield,Agatha Christie, Daphne Du Maurier,and Stephen King and Jeffrey Archer from the present day to name just a few.
