A Montana native but a Seattleite since 2001 and a petrolhead of the first order, spending more than 15 years as an amateur garage tuner building engines, installing stereo systems, vinyl-wrapping and tinting cars, and custom fabricating parts. As a founder and leader of multiple local car enthusiast clubs he has attended hundreds of car shows, club drives, overland rallies, and track days, and his interest in automotive photography has sent him to auto shows in London, Sydney, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and Detroit.
