Vladimir Lerner (1950) was born in former Soviet Union. In 1972 he graduated from the 1st Moscow Medical Institute. In 1990 he immigrated to Israel. Psychiatrist, Associate Professor at Ben Gurion University in the Negev. He is the author of more than 130 scientific publications, 10 chapters and 4 books ‘New Hope for Mental Disturbances’ , ‘Vitamin D Deficiency’ , ‘Genius and Madness — The complicated relationship between creativity and psychopathology’ (in Hebrew), ‘Genius and Insanity.
