Patricia Varga

Patricia Varga is a publisher, author, and creativity coach recognized for her ability to engage people in their healing process. Her signature Create to Heal™ program is taught in hospitals and cancer centers across the country, as well as in domestic violence shelters worldwide. She has partnered with many organizations, including A Window Between Worlds, the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, Adventist Hospitals, Providence Health and Services, and Huntington Hospital.

Patricia founded The Women with Wings Foundation, which is dedicated to bridging the gap between patient care and the science and technology of medicine. She is a graduate of Stanford University and Harvard's Publishing Program. In 2018, Patricia published her first book, Create to Heal: A Pathway to Insight, A Journey to Peace.

As a lifelong artist, Patricia works with a variety of materials. Her love for the creative process, and years of education and experience led her to "scribble and doodle" her way to a teaching method that allows people to “get out of their heads and into their hearts,” where the healing process begins. She practices the ancient art of Ebru, also called cloud art. Her designs are used throughout the Create to Heal book and mindfulness app, as well as on a collection of art cards available at womenwwings.org.
