Leonor Alvim Brazao

Leonor Alvim Brazao was born in Lisbon, Portugal, but spent her youth in Brazil where she studied visual arts, music, and dance. She obtained a degree in Visual Communication from

Mackenzie University and a postgraduate degree in Arts Education from the Centro Universitário Claretiano. Upon her return to Lisbon, Leonor began a career in advertising where she worked for several creative agencies. Currently, she lives in the United States where she exhibits her artwork regularly. She is a visual artist, graphic designer, poet, educator and works for an art education company.

Leonor Alvim Brazão nasceu em Lisboa e passou a sua juventude no Brasil onde estudou artes visuais, música e dança. Formou-se em Comunicação Visual pela Universidade MacKenzie e tem uma pós-graduação em Artes e Educação pelo Centro Universitário Claretiano em São Paulo. De regresso a Lisboa, iniciou uma carreira em publicidade e trabalhou em várias agências. Atualmente vive nos Estados Unidos onde expõe o seu trabalho artístico regularmente. É artista plástica, ilustradora, escreve e trabalha numa empresa de educação de arte.
