James Grivas

James David Grivas is a storyteller, husband, and father who writes tales that resonate with both children and adults. To him, books are like beautiful songs, creative expressions that open both heart and mind.

He has written the romantic comedy screenplay Always & Forever: Never Tear Us Apart, set against the breathtaking backdrop of Santorini, Greece, and is currently working on his upcoming novel Birds of Moonlight, which follows the struggles and resilience of a young girl growing up in a Brazilian favela. Alongside this, James has a collection of children’s books on the horizon—stories already beloved by his son, Lukas.

With Australian, Greek, and English roots, and married to a Brazilian, James embraces culture as both a passion and a way of life. Having lived in Australia, the UK, Spain, Brazil, and Greece, he views the world through a lens shaped by gratitude, diversity, and curiosity, experiences that deeply inform his storytelling.
