Maryann Murphy

Maryann Murphy, MSW is a Certified Professional Organizer®, productivity speaker, workshop leader, and author. In a career spanning over 40 years, she has worked in business and government as a psychotherapist, program manager, office manager, consultant, and business owner, in each of those jobs helping people become better organized and more productive. She also likes to keep people entertained with her singing and performing, and was the founder of SmileMakers Singing Telegrams and Balloon Deliveries. She is a past president of the National Speakers Association-New England chapter, a Distinguished Toastmaster, past president of Boston NOW (National Organization for Women) and of two different Toastmasters clubs, and both a local and national leader in NAPO (the National Association of Productivity & Organizing Professionals). She holds degrees in Psychology and Social Work, and a certificate as a Specialist in Chronic Disorganization. She lives in Mashpee, MA with her loving husband Dan.
