As a spiritual pilgrim, I have been seeking to find peace of mind during turbulent times and the publications I have written are all designed to help others find calm and joy. There are so many spiritual paths and anyone dedicated to their path can find a way "home." To the heart. During these times of social distancing and this pandemic, we have a unique opportunity. To see this as a difficult time or to also perceive the gifts we can bring to others and to the world. We can always choose how we see the world and our self and it takes work, dedication and repetition.
