I love art in many forms and find writing and painting to be very positive ways to communicate and express. I am also a great lover of nature and biodiversity and that is why in 2005 I co-founded, along with my mother Stella Joy, an environmental NGO called Active Remedy Ltd.
Through this I work to safeguard the global water cycle and the ecosystems, which maintain it.
I use my art as a medium for raising awareness and funds for preserving the environment and also raising awareness about other topics that I feel are important. I grew up in a small, yet infamous, town called Glastonbury, in the South West of England. Glastonbury has a flourishing community of artists and therefore I have grown up surrounded by many inspiring artists. My father is an ecologist and artist so the combination of art and nature has been a theme throughout my life. As a child I spent a lot of time playing in places of natural beauty and also writing stories and poems and illustrating them.
