Cedric Asares Borres

Cedric A. Borres is a Mathematics Teacher at Gusa Regional Science High School-X, in Cagayan de Oro City for 26 years, Representative for National Trainers Program at National Science Technical Instrumentation Center, Representative for National Trainers Training Program for Mathematics at University of the Philippines, Representative for National Curriculum Writeshop for all Regional Science High Schools in entire Philippines for Mathematics, Regional Trainer for several programs offered by Department of Education and Mathematics textbook/workbook author of k-12 program. His books have received copyright certificates from National Commission for Culture and the Arts, National Library of the Philippines.

Cedric lives in the Subdivision at the foot of Mountain of “Malasag National Forest Park” , Cugman, Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines with his wife and two kids, an eight small-sized dogs, a three medium-sized cats and a three birds. Before he started writing mathematics textbook/workbook, he is fun of playing different musical instruments, writing and composing songs, drawing visual artworks , But his favorite job is a fulltime Mathematics Teacher and the one he’s now doing part time — writing mathematics textbooks/workbooks.
