I - firstly, is a happy mother of three children. At the age of 31, I gave birth to my first child. Two years later I had my second son. And my youngest princess was born when I was 41. I am from a family of civil servants, my parents both worked in the pharmaceutical industry. So, up to now, I am also destined to the health field approximately 20 years.

I have been a civil servant in the medical sector and did pharmacy business since the early 2000s, then I continued to grow in the dental clinic.

My husband and I have been married since 2001 and have been waiting for 2006 to have our first princess. Before, I had to experience the sadness of not keeping my baby in the first election. I think, the reason is probably due to I have not paid enough attention to my health in the most important period. Learnt from that lesson, my husband and I are always interested in learning and implementing the diet in the most healthy way.

After giving birth to my first child, araising from my love to her and my desire to have the best environment for her, I boldly transformed my six-storey house of 100 square meters into a dear one-of-a-kind school for my first daughter at a very quiet street in the heart of Hanoi.

This is the motivation for me to move into a completely new field which I have never learned in the school. I tried my best, both to be a great mother and to create a dear school like I had dreamed of for my children to learn. And the school is where I put my life's mission into inspiration for the generation of global citizens - healthy, happy and wealthy.

That's why I created this book to bridge the gap between you and me. Then, I could share the insights and rare stories of a Public health master with more than 20 years of experience, also be the founder of the high-quality Colorhouse kindergarten system with more than 10 years of development.

There are so many wonderful things I want to share with you, but I can not share all of it within this book. And I believe you will have a lot to share with me, let's make friends together.
