KERRY FEUERMAN: CREATIVE DIRECTOR/TRAINER/AUTHOR
Kerry Feuerman began his advertising career as a copywriter in Richmond, Virginia, where he worked his way up to partner/vice chairman of The Martin Agency. At Martin Kerry ran several accounts, including Mercedes-Benz, Seiko, Wrangler and Saab, and was a key member of the agency’s new business team. He left Martin in 2006 to run the U.S. Army account at Leo Burnett (A former helicopter pilot and army brat, Kerry felt right at home). Then Pat Fallon called. Off to Minneapolis he went, becoming creative director of one of the most storied agencies in the world. The next call came from sunny southern California, where Kerry took the job of global creative director for Infiniti automobiles at TBWAChiatDay. In his 30 years as a CD, Kerry presented to clients around the world, selling over a billion dollars worth of work running in 40 countries. His work has appeared in the world’s most prestigious award shows, including CA, One Show, Clios, Kelly Awards and Cannes. In 2015 Kerry founded Last Hurdle, a training consultancy that teaches creative people, account managers and planners how to present and sell creative work. He currently conducts training workshops and one-to-one coaching throughout the United States. Kerry’s first book, The Five Deadly Sins of Presenting Creative Work, launched in March, 2018 and has already earned the praises of creative people from New York, to Seattle, to Sao Paulo, Brazil.
