Najeeb Khan trademarked AI FirstŪ in 2017, five years before ChatGPT. In 2018, he published Fluid: How Culture, Hidden Opportunities, and Flatter Structures Lead to Profitable Innovation, arguing that permeable, flatter team structures would outperform rigid hierarchies in the decade to come. He has spent the years since putting that thesis into practice.
As the Founder & CEO of Teamland, a global training and transformation company, Najeeb has led programs reaching more than 31,000 participants at organizations including Google, Amazon, Shopify, Disney, and Spotify. His work focuses on what happens after the keynote, turning AI adoption into behavior change, role-based workflows, and guardrails that teams actually use, rather than policy documents that live in a shared drive.
He is the creator of the Collaborative Transformative System (CTS), a methodology for making learning stick beyond the live session, and has spoken at TEDx, Zukunft Personal Nord, the Schulich School of Business, York University, the University of Toronto, and Centennial College.
Najeeb's point of view is blunt: most corporate AI training is theater. His work is for L&D leaders who want the opposite.
