K.D. Girsch

K.D. Girsch holds an MA in Spanish Literature from the University of Oregon. She began writing fiction in 2017 and published Coming to Terms: A Novel in 2018. Unable to leave its characters behind, she continued their stories in TransAtlantic Ties, a collection of interconnected short fiction which she published under the name Katherine Girsch in 2021. In 2024, she completed My Own Heart's Song, the coming of age story of Bronx born Laura Weber. She's currently at work on a novella which narrates eighteen days in the life of Laura at age forty-five.
