F. M. Cipriano

F. M. Cipriano (Frank) was born in Melbourne, Australia. He has a Bachelor of Business, a Graduate Diploma in Accounting, a Diploma of Financial Services and a Master of Taxation. He was a career public servant with the Australian Taxation Office until August 2014 from which time he has pursued his passion for creative writing.

In September 2014, Frank founded FMC Press, a book publishing business specialising in the publication of fact-based fiction books. The books are based on his real life experiences, although they have been fictionalised in order to protect confidentiality, secrecy, privacy and people’s identities. In this way, stories may be shared where otherwise they would never have been told.
