Craig Gardiner

I grew up in the North of Ireland but I now live in Cardiff where I am married to a Scot and together we have two Welsh children. I was a local pastor for eight years during which time I completed my PhD under the joint supervision of Rowan Williams and Karen Smith. I now teach theology and worship in Cardiff University and at South Wales Baptist College. I have a particular interest the theology of Dietrich Bonhoeffer and in the role that congregational worship plays in forming Christian character. I am a (very) amateur musician, lover of singing and member of the Iona Community.
