Sanatan Kulshrestha

Rear Admiral Dr. S Kulshrestha, retd. has specialized in Quality Assurance of Naval Armament. He superannuated from Indian Navy in 2011 and had held the appointment of the Director General of Naval Armament Inspection (DGNAI). He has been engaged in the study of strategic aspects of emerging technologies with specific relevance to National Security issues. He has a Doctorate from ‘School of International Studies’ at the Jawaharlal National University (JNU) New Delhi. He has authored “Negotiating Acquisition of Nanotechnology in India”. He speaks frequently at international conferences and contributes regularly to defense journals on maritime issues and defense technology.
