Jen is a graduate of iPEC Coaching, the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching. Even with the growth in gender diversity in the workplace, Jennifer believes women still are held back from advancing in their careers as compared to their male counterparts. One reason is mainly due to the core thoughts and limiting beliefs that many women hold about themselves.

As an Empowerment Coach, Jen encourages a dramatic shift in a woman's perspective about who she is and what she can accomplish.

The bottom line for these high potential women is that they find their personal power and they master self-leadership so that they, themselves become more effective, dynamic leaders.
