Alison Ash Fogarty

Alison Ash Fogarty, PhD, is a sociologist, sexual empowerment coach and educator, and the founder of TurnON.love. In addition to Gender Ambiguity in the Workplace: Transgender and Gender-Diverse Discrimination, Alison’s work has been published in the American Journal of Sociology and Gender & Society. She has been examining the intricacies of sex and gender for more than a decade and has a comprehensive understanding of the complex societal challenges that often lead to unsatisfying sexual experiences and unhealthy relationships. A champion for others overcoming shame and deepening pleasure, Alison helps her clients radically explore themselves and courageously express themselves so they can discover their desires and confidently pursue them. Through her business TurnON.love, she offers experiential workshops and individuals and couples coaching to give others the tools they need to TurnON pleasure, intimacy and...love! Alison earned her doctorate at Stanford University and lives in the San Francisco Bay Area.
