Chris Brock is a multi-award winning author, photographer, podcaster, van driver, editor, carer, actor, kitchen-hand, public speaker and non-dualist.
Born in the UK, he has worked in New York and London, editing magazines, working for creative agencies, and as an independent creative for organisations such as Ford, Singapore Airlines, McLaren Automotive and Vogue Magazine.
He writes mainly about how to fulfil our potential, and get out of our own way to create the lives we desire and deserve, boosting our confidence and self-esteem along the way. He believes that our identities aren't defined by our job titles, but that the universe is our oyster - and we can do whatever we want if we are brave enough to follow our dreams and imagination.
A student of the philosophies of Buddhism, Stoicism, Mindfulness and the art of letting go, his message is one of love, joy, unity and the practical steps required to finding the freedom to build a life – and a world – that is better for everyone.
