Joel Omondi

Joel Omondi holds a bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Nairobi, School of Biological Sciences. He has worked with Kenya Medical Research Institute-Center for Virus Research, with the ministry of health in the division of vector-borne and neglected tropical disease control and research unit, and also within the pharmaceutical industry as a medical representative. As a life scientist, the study of the forms of life on Earth and life-related subjects are his great interest. "The Blood-Sucking Monster", recommended for every household across the globe, is his first masterpiece book that intensively addresses the worldwide bedbug menace. Uplifting the life of humanity through the application of the acquired knowledge and experiences is Joel’s way of giving back to the society.
