Nina Modak

Nina Modak is an award winning product developer. Her gluten free, vegan and no added sugar dark chocolate truffles received commended at the Free From Food Awards 2016 after only a year and a half of business. Her passion is helping people allergies live life less stressfully and more manageably.

Nina started the Eat Allergy Safe blog and podcast to share her own experiences living with allergies, and also to share the experiences of other kids, adults and parents whose lives are affected by allergies.

Alongside running the blog, podcast, writing recipe books and making products, Nina is an allergy education advocate. She provides training for businesses and schools on how to cater safely for allergy sufferers, and also 1-on-1 mentoring for parents and the newly diagnosed.
