Linda Silvas, born and raised on the southern coast of California. My heritage, the Juaneno Band of Mission Indians, Acjachemen Village.

Relocating to the beautiful town of Sequim Wa. I built my home and studio at the base of the Olympic Mountains, it is here

I write my books, creates original art, I am a drum maker/teacher, weaver and a Pyrography artist .

I loves to stay home, cook, entertain, turn a little soil and watch the plants produce it's fruits and enjoy the outdoors of the Pacific Northwest.

Mama Bear Baby Bear books are written from a true life experience, unfortunately a story that touches many lives.
