Bruce Thompson

Bruce Thompson specializes in bringing harmony to businesses to make them more efficient and effective. He is the founder and President of SLT Consulting, an industry leader in business improvement and demand generation. The principles he applies have delivered results for some of the world’s biggest corporations in the fields of healthcare, the military, aerospace, the automotive industry, and consumer package goods.

Since 2000 Bruce has been a Shingo Examiner for the Shingo Institute at the John M. Huntsman School of Business. He also served on the committee developing Lean Certification Standards for the Association for Manufacturing Excellence and the Shingo Institute.

Bruce draws on almost three decades of management experience across a spectrum ranging from manufacturing and service through to product development, process analysis, quality, and operations.
