Robert Blaha

Robert Blaha helps organizations streamline their operations, cut costs, and boost productivity. After a successful career in senior management at major corporations including Ford and Monsanto, he founded consultancy firm Human Capital Associates and he continues to be its President. He also co-founded Integrity Bank & Trust in Colorado Springs and is the Vice Chairman of its board of directors.

An internationally sought speaker on leadership and organizational change, he is the author of three books: Beyond Survival, The Archer Chronicles and The Lean 6 Sigma Accelerator. He has been featured in Quality Digest, Human Resource Management, Chief Learning Officer, Industry Week, and Harvard Management Update.

Robert is active in the school choice movement and has served on the boards of foster care and adoption organization Hope & Home and USA Boxing.
