Marilyn Sutherland

Marilyn Sutherland provides “leadership and communication magic for your personal and business relationships” as the founder of Love Lead Connect.

Her passion is for people to see communication as a source of the heartfelt connection we yearn for and the successful coordination of action with others.

Within a few years of joining IBM in 1982, Marilyn became a “relationship fixer,” coaching technical project managers to connect with their clients. As a Change Management consultant with Accenture and in her own company, she guided leaders to create a culture of trust and respect as a foundation for change. She led personal transformational seminars for 12 years, coaching over 1,000 individuals to use powerful action to fulfill their dreams. Marilyn is a graduate of Presence-Based Coach Training and a relationship expert at YourTango.com and Goddess-Getaway.com

Her #1 Amazon Bestseller book “Why did you load the dishwasher like that? 9 Whopping Mistakes That Push Love Away?” shows you how to redesign both your actions, and who you are, in your relationship in love, work, and life. Check out The Game Changer series where Marilyn is a featured author in volume 2 ( she let love in and got married for the first time at age 49), volume 3 (she realized she was afraid of commitment and went "all-in") and volume 5 (where she shares where her passion for mentoring people in their relationship and communication challenges was borne from the lessons she learned from her parents).
