Jeff Newton

Born in Chicago, Jeff Newton, grew up in the loving home of his father, W.J. Newton and mother, Daisy. He has five sisters and three brothers. Upon graduation from high school, Pastor Jeff attended the University of Illinois at Chicago where he majored in Business Management. There he joined the prestigious fraternity of social action, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Incorporated. He has been married for 25 years to his wonderful wife, Brandla. They have birthed and nurtured into adulthood three children, Jeffrey Jr., Justin and Jayla.

His professional career as a leader spans 27 years as Director of Customer Service at the National Safety Council and later a Director of Production Planning at Cintas Corporation until he resigned in 2003.

Since 2004, he has been Associate Pastor to one of the nation’s most prolific and dynamic leaders of the 21st Century, Apostle H. Daniel Wilson, Senior Pastor of Valley Kingdom Ministries International (VKMI), one of the most innovative and progressive ministries of our time.

Jeff serves as Lead Pastor of Ministries, where he oversees 60+ ministries, 75+ leaders, over 300 volunteers, and the budgets associated with them.

His gift of administration also allowed him to give leadership to the management of the internationally renowned, Stellar Award winning, Praise & Worship Team, Shekinah Glory Ministry. He is also the Overseer of the Media Department, the outlet of audio, CD, DVD and video production at VKMI.

Jeff is the CEO of Momentum Center Coaching & Mentoring where he is a Mentor/Life Coach and the President of the Board of the Country Club Hills Youth Football & Cheerleading Foundation who serve over 200 youth in his community.

Jeff effectively delivers his gift of speaking and coaching with passion, and demonstrates the love and acceptance through his works that this generation cries out for.
