Ida Lander

Ida Lander was born on 1978, in San Francisco, state of California, to parents Joseph and Anne Lander. She graduated from college and went on to earn a Ph.D. in Psychology from Harvard in 2005.

Travelled to India where she practiced for several years spiritual exercises, enhancing daily connections with the present moment, being able to finding inner peace and awakening full awareness.

She is currently exploring synergies between mindfulness and nature to improve health and wellbeing.

She also spends her time travelling internationally to give retreats and talks of moment awareness. Using this technique, she aims to help patients cope with stress, pain, and other illness.
