Robin Stuart-Kotze

Robin is a behavioural scientist, International consultant, and author. He has authored or co-authored eleven books. They include Performance: The secrets of successful behaviour, Who Are Your Best People?: How to find, measure and manage your top talent, and The Seven Secrets of Highly Effective Leaders. His books have been translated into Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Russian, Dutch and Polish. In his early days he enjoyed playing banjo in a folk group but hunger forced a career change. He has lived in South Africa, Canada, the United States and Britain and currently resides in rural Ireland with his wife and a cacophony of dogs and horses. He is a dual Irish and Canadian citizen. He’s interested in wine and in exploring some of the little-known varieties of grapes in Europe.
