After flying for the Air Force, a twist of fate left me homeless and launching into the world of tech, starting with frantic tech support calls. Let's just say there's a reason I don't fix computers anymore (one frantic nurse, a 45-minute drive, and a missing mouse cord).

But those chaotic early days gave me a crash course in how different businesses really work. Bouncing between tech jobs, I saw it all, including healthcare, manufacturing, real estate, you name it. This unlikely path set the stage for my success as a SaaS strategist.
