Keith Endow (1955-present) was born in Santa Monica, California and lived in Southern California all his life from Santa Monica/Los Angeles to Newport Beach. He has been a real estate broker involving residential and commercial sales for over 40 years. Though this writing is the first published in book format, Keith has written various articles and summaries for groups of investors and various newspapers.
Keith's advice whether in print or in person have been "in Context" with who and where they have a need. Keith explains that he defines "in Context" as being specifically aware of the current environmental variables that effect a particular property or investment portfolio. Such as strategy choices, trends of the client's financial status versus the general marketplace, trends of values of rents, sales, and other hybrid transactions like lease options and land leases. This is a sample of why Keith has been a broker's broker because many professionals seek out his advice and wisdom to create markers in their own real estate market assessment.
Keith's Update: April 2022, in "context" to the COVID-19 pandemic and now the recent inflation trends (cost of energy, food, construction materials & higher real estate loan rates), making "great" strategic decisions can preserve your wealth. It does begin with your personal good health and that of your loved ones. With good health and the ability to handle stress along with maintaining mental sharpness to make difficult decisions. Ultimately, we all have choices both in business and our personal lives to improve or not. As a real estate agent, I give my clients the ability to know the choices they have and assist them once they have more clarity. There is always risk, but if you can see more of the hazards your risk is reduced. Enjoy this new era beyond 2022!
