Max Halley owns one of the world’s most amazing sandwich shops, Max’s Sandwich Shop. He wrote the world’s most amazing sandwich book, Max’s Sandwich Book and now he has written the world’s most amazing book about cooking with sausages creatively titled:

It has gone unnoticed for too long that sausages are just preseasoned mince. The first half of this big is all recipes (including drinks!) involving sausages in their original form, and the second half is all sausages freed from their skins and treated as minced meat.
