Dean Hunter

Dean Hunter is the author of the commercial real estate book, The Triple-Net Investor: The Ultimate Beginner’s guide to net lease properties. Hunter is also the publisher of Real Estate Agent Magazine and CRE Investor Magazine.

Dean Hunter is a commercial and residential real estate agent. Hunter is the Manager of The Forbes Commercial Group, a commercial real estate team specializing in net lease investment sales. (www.ForbesCre.com). Hunter also helps multifamily owners sell while limiting tax liability and transitioning into net-lease properties.

His experience includes hundreds of investment and leasing transactions. Dean has worked as an associate broker at three of the largest commercial-real-estate companies in the country.

He is the Team Leader of Give Back Homes, Greater Washington, a residential team that donates 20 percent of its commission to charity or to build homes for families in need in the US and abroad. (www.GbHomes.Org).

Hunter is a graduate of Howard University Law School and founder of The Probate Center, a non-profit that helps with probate real estate issues including sales, development, and commercial financing.

Dean is an Associate Minister candidate at New Bethel Baptist Church and a Master of Divinity candidate at Wesley Theological Seminary, both located in Washington, D.C.
