Robin is the President with strategic HR, inc., an outsourced HR management firm. She has been in human resources for over 25 years working across multiple industries with the goal of helping organizations create solutions to help them recruit and retain the best and the brightest employees.

Robin’s personal mission is to guide herself and others to obtain happiness and success across both their professional and personal lives.

When Linda Gravett asked Robin if she'd be interested in co-authoring a book on the generations, there was no hesitation. Robin could bring the perspective of a Gen Xer with an in depth background in recruiting and retaining individuals across the generations.
