Sam Miller

Sam is the Chief Administrator at Central Rivers Area Education Agency in Cedar Falls, Iowa. As a former teacher, coach, principal, and superintendent, Sam has spent his life working with students and teachers to create a positive school culture and an optimal learning experience for every child.

Sam serves as a consultant in leadership development and school improvement. He co-wrote The Secret Solution, How One Principal Discovered the Path to Success with Todd Whitaker and Ryan Donlan. Sam also wrote Confrontation Management: Improve Performance & Maintain Relationships.

Sam is married to Julie, a former teacher, who is a Regional Administrator at Central Rivers AEA. They are the parents of two children; Ally and Sam.
