Kathy has worked as a lay counselor for over 14 years on hotlines.. She went through her own ten-year addiction to pain medicines and discovered a way out of an addiction, never to return to it.

Kathy is a Christian whose love for everyone permeates everything she writes and teaches. She loves to share biblical principles she has learned throughout her life. .
