Pat B. Freeman

A native of Miami, Florida, born into a family of seven children, Pat has been speaking in front of audiences since age 7. Pat explains, “Since I was a young girl, I’ve enjoyed speaking in public. I gave my first public performance in second grade when I recited the poem ‘The Creation’ before the entire faculty and student body. It was then that I first discovered the importance of courage and the power of words.”

PAT B. FREEMAN is a John Maxwell certified speaker, trainer, and coach. She is a serial entrepreneur, former radio host, and founder/CEO of Pat B. Freeman LLC, a service and website with an entrepreneurial focus. Pat offers inspirational business speaking and women’s empowerment coaching, including online courses, live training events, products, tools, and resources for business start-up, career, and personal growth. Pat’s passion and mission are to provide solutions that help professional women and others follow their passion, be confident, move from stuck to clarity, build their dreams, and create a life that thrills. She speaks to motivate and inspire audiences to turn their inspiration into action and passion to profits.

After learning she would lose her job of fifteen years, Pat wrote her first book, "God Sets You Up Manifesto," an e-book. The next year, she would be attending a conference as a vendor. Two weeks prior to the conference, an eye-opening experience inspired her to write her second book, "Quotes to Inspire & Empower Women and Girls." Pat wrote the book in seven days. Get Your Mind “Write” was inspired by another experience that led her to author this book and a 90-Day Action Planner to inspire women and others to author their story. Pat believes that all inspired ideas can be turned into action and woes transformed into wins with the right mindset.

Pat is a speaker with the Remarkable! A Speakers Burea, an avid blogger, and will launch her new podcast in June 2018: Women Who Win Empower.

Pat's vision to honor and empower a community of professional women to "Relax, Refresh, and Recharge" led to an article in Huffington Post. Her business was recently spotlighted on DC Nitelife after Pat partnered and participated in the Premiere of Julian Brittano’s (actor on OWN’s “Greenleaf”) new TV Talk Show: “Raising the Bar.”

Pat spent more than 20 years as an administrator of Adult Education in the North Carolina Community College System. She is the former Greensboro Chapter President of IAW (formerly NAPW), the International Association of Women -- with nearly 1-million members globally. Pat holds a Master’s degree from Campbell University, a Bachelor's' degree from Florida State University, and post-graduate studies from California State University – Fullerton. Other certifications: Certified Program Planner (CPP, LERN), HUB, and Six Sigma Yellow Belt. Pat is the mother of two sons Sterling and Style.
