I am a father of six and a grandfather of six that writes mostly for myself as an emotional outlet. I am inherently an introvert. Writing allows me to express myself, especially when emotionally charged. My first book is an adaptation of a blog that I did when my wife was diagnosed with Multiple System Atrophy and continued through our journey and somewhat after her death. The blog went from an expression of my/our frustration to one of as much information as I could gather from our circumstances.

My second book "Curmudgeon Rhapsody" is a collection of thoughts and poetry I have written. Some is from the distant past, some from the present. It is quite an amalgam of ideas and thoughts.

"Curmudgeon Rhapsody" has been followed up with a sequel "Curmudgeon Rhapsody Too". It is a similar format of a lot of "stuff".

I also have a book which is a business self-help type book on sales and sales technique. This is based on my almost 45 years of being involved in sales. I wanted to pass on what my mentors and trainers had taught me as best I can.

I read voraciously - 50+ books a year for the past 50+ years. I write quite often, but do not even keep much of what I do. I write poetry, songs, song lyrics, my blogs, and make up short stories all the time (these mostly for my children when they were young). I write very "stream-of-consciousness" and I know I would be chastised by my many teachers and professors for it (tough).

I have many, many, MANY, hours of formal schooling. I have formally attended six or so Colleges and Universities and taken courses online and in seminars quite often. I finally got a formal degree recently when I was conferred a Doctorate in Business Administration with a concentration in Organizational & Industrial Psychology (Dr. B.A. or DBA) from Northcentral University in San Diego, California.

I enjoy long walks on the beach and small furry animals.
