Hutton Henry

Hutton Henry was given access to his first computer when he was eight years old, back in 1970s. Whilst he was experimental with them, he unfortunately also had a tendency to break them, which was expensive and made him feel guilty at the time.

But, now we know that a "fail fast, fail quickly" approach to problem solving is, in fact, a great way to learn. Therefore, these early failures were an important career foundation.

Hutton has worked for over 45 corporate companies; and has witnessed how innovative and communicative businesses thrive more than others - because they focus on people, non technology.

Not content with learning tech, Hutton gained a BA and MA in screenwriting and is qualified psychometrics consultant.

Now, Hutton runs his own consultancy that specialises in transforming technology teams as part of a merger and acquisition ("M&A") - combining communication, psychometrics and tech to help people enjoy better careers. See more at http://beyond-ma.com/about.html
