Dr. Robyn S. Joppy

Dr. Robyn S. Joppy was born and raised in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. She has worked in both corporate America and nonprofit human service organizations as a senior leader in Compliance and Integrity for 25 years before taking the leap into entrepreneurship. She founded One Accord Consulting Firm, LLC in June 2016 and Pearls Management in 2018. Dr. Robyn, affectionately called by colleagues and doting family members, is considered an international compliance and integrity expert who loves to share her passion, insight, and experiences around the globe. She lives in Pennsylvania and loves to travel. "Integrity Matters. Be Your Word! Building a Sustainable Compliance & Integrity Program That Works" is her debut book.
