Pastor David Schmall is an ordained non-denominational pastor, international speaker, and leadership coach with a passion for mobilizing the Church beyond its walls. With over 20 years of public speaking and ministry experience, he has trained leaders, mentored pastors, and equipped believers to step boldly into their calling.

Before launching his ministry full-time, Pastor David built a strong professional background as a corporate trainer for two of the world’s largest tech giants, Apple and Microsoft. His expertise in leadership development, communication, and strategic growth now fuels his work in the Church, where he challenges outdated models of ministry and inspires action-driven discipleship.

As the founder of Love Your Neighbor Ministry and creator of the Love Your Bible Reading Plan, Pastor David is on a mission to reignite biblical literacy and restore the Church’s role as a sending, not just a seating, force. His bold, no-nonsense approach calls believers to move beyond comfort and into the streets, serving their neighbors with the radical love of Christ.
